How do I add or customize my skincare products?
Open Routina, navigate to your Morning or Evening routine screen, and tap the + (Add Product) button. You can enter the product name, select category (Cleanser, Toner, Serum, Moisturizer, SPF, etc.), specify the duration, and write personal application tips.
Why am I not receiving reminder notifications?
Please make sure notifications are enabled for Routina in your device's Settings > Notifications > Routina > Allow Notifications. Inside the Routina app, visit your Profile / Settings to verify your morning and evening reminder times.
How are habit streaks calculated?
Your streak increments each consecutive day that you complete your designated morning and evening routines. If you take a rest day, Routina lets you mark rest periods so you stay motivated without feeling penalized.
Can I use Routina across multiple devices?
Yes! When you log in with your account (Google, Apple ID, or Email), your routines, custom products, streak progress, and calendar history are automatically backed up and synced via our secure Firebase Cloud database.
How do I delete my account and data?
You can delete your account directly inside the app by going to Profile > Settings > Delete Account. Alternatively, you can click the "Request Deletion" button above or email us at support@routina.com.tr with the subject "Account Deletion Request", and all your personal routine records will be permanently erased within 48 hours.
What devices and OS versions are supported?
Routina is optimized for iOS 15.0 or later (iPhone & iPad) and Android 8.0 or later.
