Welcome to Routina ("we," "our," or "us"). We value your privacy and are committed to protecting the personal data of our users. This Privacy Policy explains how our mobile application collects, uses, stores, and protects your information when you use Routina.

1. Information We Collect

We only collect information that is strictly necessary to provide you with a reliable, seamless daily routine tracking experience:

• Account Information: When you sign in (via Google, Apple ID, or Email), we collect basic identifiers such as your email address and display name to associate your routines with your account.
• Routine & Usage Data: Your custom routines, product steps, completion marks, streak counters, and reminder times are saved so that you can view and continue your progress.
• Device & Diagnostics: Anonymous diagnostic information and timestamps necessary for error reporting, crash prevention, and reliable local notification scheduling.

2. What We Do NOT Collect

• We do not sell, rent, or monetize your personal information or routine data to data brokers or advertisers.
• We do not track you across third-party websites or applications (No tracking cookies or IDFA ad tracking).
• We do not collect sensitive health records, facial scans, or financial payment details.

3. How We Use Your Information

Your data is used solely to:

• Provide, personalize, and synchronize your daily morning and evening skincare routines across your devices.
• Deliver scheduled local reminder notifications when requested.
• Maintain accurate habit streaks and progress analytics.
• Provide customer support and resolve technical issues.

4. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption protocols on Google Cloud & Firebase infrastructure. All network communications between the Routina application and servers are encrypted using TLS/HTTPS.

5. Your Rights & Account Deletion

You retain full control over your personal data. At any time, you can:

• Delete your account and all associated data directly in the Routina app via Profile > Settings > Delete Account.
• Alternatively, request immediate deletion by emailing support@routina.com.tr. Upon receipt, all stored routines and account records will be permanently purged within 48 hours.
• Export or review your stored routines upon request.

6. Children's Privacy

Routina is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

7. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify you of any material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
